What are your favorite 5 apps on your phone?
I enjoy studying the Bible. Therefore, all my apps help me to engage with it better.
- The Blue Letter Bible app is a free Bible Study App. It allows for multiple translations to be read side by side. I have the LSB on the left and the original Greek and Hebrew on the right-hand. It also has free Bible study tools: interlinears, commentaries, cross references, Bible word dictionaries. All of this at my fingertips.
- The Logos Bible Software app for mobile. I got the gold standard library a while back. I read Bibles, commentaries, devotionals, writings from the Church Fathers, the Puritans, etc. I use it more for devotional reading for my phone and my study library on my computer.
- Greek vocabulary app. I have an app on my phone that allows me to keep up with my Greek. It’s great for staying current in New Testament studies. It is free with ads.
- Hebrew vocabulary app. It allows me to stay current with Hebrew. It’s useful for Old Testament studies.
- The Fortis plus app. I enjoy listening to the Bible teaching of Todd Fiel and the Fortis fellows. My favorite program is Wretched Radio with Todd Friel. I’ve listened to his talk radio program for years. He helps you to see everything through a biblical lens. I also enjoy listening to Transformed with Greg Gifford. However, all the teachers are good on there and it is free.
