Pastor Josiah Nichols preaches on Jesus’ final rebuke of the teaching of the scribes and the Pharisees, to love their enemies (Matthew 5:43-48). The final summation is that the law requires you to be perfect as God is perfect. So salvation must come from Jesus and not our own good works.
